Need a microphone?
For PCs, we recommend the Instrument Microphone & Holder, model KJ100 by Kjos Music Company. Click the link to visit the KJOS page to receive more information. They are also available on Amazon.
For Macs, you may decide to use your built-in microphone. If you feel that you would rather have an external microphone, you may want to contact an Apple representative to see what they recommend. In the past, the SmartMusic microphones for Macs are the same ones for PCs, yet they come with an adapter.

Reminders:
- SmartMusic is due on Sundays. Assignment due dates are shown in your SmartMusic inbox and in Google Classroom as "announcements" and can be filtered as "Homework/SmartMusic" under "topics."
- We are using the CLASSIC version this school year. We have found that the web-based version accessible on chromebooks is not up to par for what we need as students and educators.
- Please DO NOT purchase any subscription on your own; the school district has already provided it.
- Please DO NOT create any accounts at home; students are doing this AT SCHOOL with us during classes.
- Please DO NOT change any student email, username, or password info. We want to keep things consistent across the program for the sake of helping students with their accounts at school.
